Why Tim & Reuben Like Manhattan West

Manhattan West is our most recent find and love affair. Situated on a hill overlooking Bruce's Park and beach with unobstructed views of the Strand and sand with audible white water ocean views ~ It's truly breathtaking and can be taken in from both the 3rd and 2nd floors. Morning, noon, and night we can watch many beachgoers and surfers taking in the day which instantly settles the mind and sets a healthy living vibe. We feel Manhattan West has unparalleled views with the exception of being on the Strand. We instantly fell in love with the timeless architecture and stunning views. Of course, the location is perfect for us, too. Being .6 miles away from the pier is just perfect for us because it gives us the feel of being right in town when we want with loads of high-end boutique shops and so many casual and fine dining options. It really was a perfect match for us in so many ways. 

We chose Manhattan Beach for our active lifestyles and thriving community. We love to bike, walk the Strand, gaze at the sunsets, walk the shorelines, and breath all that fresh air. Our location being what it is; affords much exceptional food delivery and takeout options meeting the most discerning needs. Manhattan West has a small-town feel with high street appeal; is minutes away from LAX and other amazing destination spots like the Sunset Strip or Beverly Hills.

Manhattan West is staged with comfortable yet stylish furnishings, high thread count bedding, and linens, just about every kitchen gadget from Sur La Table and Crate and Barrel you could imagine, Wolf large and small appliances including gas range BBQ. Our home is even ADA compliant with easy direct access from the street or garage and elevator accessing each floor. For those inclined to use AI services we have Josh AI and Alexa to meet your audio, visual, and lighting needs.
