☆ Ceiling height in 2nd bedroom and convertible 3rd bedroom are approximately 6’1”. Any persons who feel this would be a disadvantage to them should consider taking the master or another listing.
☆ 2nd bedroom configuration isn’t standard to N.American standards. Bed is a platform bed against the wall/window. Bedroom is considerable darker than the rest of the unit however, very comfortable. Please see pictures.
☆ Unit is surveilled with 2 cameras pointing to the front door only. 1 web cam doesn’t record any sound while the RING cam does. These devices are monitored only when given reasonable cause and to ensure safety during your stay.
☆ Rear yard has a tree where sometimes depending on season we have some birds. the birds are not noisy however, leave some droppings. Diego our property manager monitors this space daily and has access to the unit to clean should he need to. All access to the unit is 1st disclosed to all parties with proper notice on WhatsApp.
☆ Unit direction faces almost due West from rear side of apartment (living spaces and Master Bedroom) which is an exclusive use open-air patio (to our unit only) covering the width of the building. We do not use window coverings in this apartment because there isn’t a need (per our specifications) and because it’s not a part of our aesthetic. Should you our a member of your party require a a darker bedroom (Master) we recommend you bring sleeping blinders. Again, the unit faces almost due West and doesn’t get direct morning light at all. It will be lighter but not irritating (at least to us). The 2nd bedroom (Guest) does not have any direct sunlight from exterior windows. The guest bedroom has a window leading to a centralized interior courtyard and is high off the ground allowing for light however not sunlight.
☆ The unit overall has amazing light in the afternoons which allows for easy reading and ability to live without using lighting from lamps.
Our Booking Process:
Once we have a deposit confirmed we will send you a Reservation Request /Funds Request for the remaining balance, confirming dates and times. Additionally, we will send you a needs list to finalize your booking. Upon final payment you will receive our Vacation Rental Agreement and Property Disclosure Bundle. Your reservation isn’t a confirmed booking until property owner has received the following: Payment in full, eSigned Reservation Request, eSigned Vacation Rental Agreement, eSigned Accounting Ledger, Copies of Passports (International Guests) or Valid IDs, Copy of Damage Protection Policy and eSigned Property Disclosure Bundle.
